Your journey at Art V Pilates begins with a very special class — the Introductory Session
This is not just an ordinary class. It’s a personal assessment where I, as your instructor, take the time to understand your body, your posture, and your movement patterns.
During this session, we explore together:
Where there may be muscular imbalances
How your body moves today
Which areas need more strength, support, or flexibility
How Pilates can be tailored to help you move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease
The Introductory Session is designed to give you a clear picture of your starting point and to create a personalized path forward.
Whether you are completely new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or an athlete looking to improve performance, this session will guide us in building a practice that respects your body and supports your goals.
This is your first step into true Pilates — a safe, personal, and transformative experience.
